A: We retire some designs, but can bring them back, based on customer request. Send us email with a screenshot, or your description of the design and the product it was on. We will look into it and contact you about ordering it.

Q: I haven’t received my order. Whom should I contact?
A: All orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment company Monday to Friday. Orders do not get processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Don’t forget, there is a 7-10 business day window for standard processing and shipping.
